Advertiser refund policy

This Advertiser Refund Policy applies exclusively to business customers (B2B) who purchase digital advertisement slide placements in the Vacondi digital companion experience (hereinafter "Ad Placements").

It supplements the Advertiser Terms of Service and does not apply to consumer purchases of books, merchandise, or other products offered via third-party providers.

As a business customer, you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for Ad Placements. Advertising services are tailored to your business and begin preparation upon order confirmation.

All fees paid for Ad Placements are generally non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, except in the cases set out below.

We will issue a full or partial refund only in the following situations:

• Technical failure: A sustained technical or platform failure on our side prevents delivery of your Ad Placement for a material portion of the agreed runtime, and we cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable period.
• Rejection before go-live: We reject your advertisement or your application as an advertiser before your Ad Placement goes live, for reasons set out in the Advertiser Terms of Service (e.g. content policy, misleading claims, lack of local relevance).
• Mutual agreement: We agree in writing to cancel the order before go-live and refund all or part of the fee.

No refund is granted if:

• Your Ad Placement has gone live as agreed.
• You withdraw after order confirmation without our consent.
• Your ad is paused or removed due to a violation of the Advertiser Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Performance did not meet your expectations but the Ad Placement was delivered as contracted.
• You change your creative, copy, or business details after go-live.

To request a refund under § 3, contact us at hola@vacondi.com with your order reference, company name, and a clear description of the grounds for your request.

We will review your request within 14 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
